woke up to a very white, wintery and cold morning. had a fantastic 80 minutes run and excercise session on the common with the dogs. felt so much better for it.
last night we had an amazing concert with Juuls Holland and Rumer. What an entertainer , just loved it.
Do and Nathalie joined us.
friday night a great dinner at Malin. Ollie went Kite surfing. At least kite flying in preparation for surfing in Lamu. Very cool. Great to have him home.
Today, for the first time, the feeling of saying goodbye to the familly  came back to me. I so remember what it was like for the NorthPole, knowing that it was going to be for so long. It was so painful. Especially Do, she was so young and is still young now.
Feel fit and cant wait to get my HEAD gear. so cool.

ok there we go, my first blog. I am just sending this off to see if it works, and am sure it will become more interesting ( i hope) in the future while I get used to it and it all makes more sense.
